Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?

You choose the location you’d like our delivery driver to service. Whether it’s a garage, back door, front porch, office, or any weather-sheltered place, we’ll be there. 

Do I have to be there when my drop-off or pick-up?

No. There’s no reason you would need to be home. Your driver will service your pre-designated location.

How will I know my scheduled pick-up and drop-off days?

Upon sign-up, you will be assigned specific weekly days based on the delivery location. It will either be Monday / Thursday, or Tuesday / Friday. (If you’re assigned Monday / Thursday, any clothes picked up on Monday will be delivered Thursday. Any clothes picked up Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.) 

How do I pay for your service?

For your convenience we offer three options:

  • Credit Card, Monthly – This is Teton Cleaners preferred method because of how simple it makes it for you. On the first of each month we charge your credit card for all of the cleaning done the previous month. You will be given a monthly billing statement that shows the charges.
  • Credit Card, Each Delivery – Your card is charged at each drop-off. You will be given a monthly billing statement that shows the charges.
  • Monthly Bill – We will deliver a bill to you each month for the cleaning done the previous month.

We keep your credit card information encrypted on a secure network. (Not even visible to Teton Cleaners employees.) We will need to gather the credit card information before the first drop-off.

Do you charge extra for your delivery service?

Unlike other dry cleaners, we don’t charge more for our delivery service. You’ll pay the same low price that you’ll find at any of our three stores. However, we do prefer that our delivery customers have at least $15 worth of cleaning. (For example, 3 laundered shirts and 2 pants.) 

What type of bag do I use to put my clothes in for pick-up?

We’ll provide a bright green bag that you may use. At your scheduled delivery your driver will pick up your bright green bag and leave another for your next order. If for any reason your items do not fit in the bright green bag, just use a plastic bag. Please be sure that the bag is clearly marked “Dry Cleaning for Teton Cleaners” in large letters.

How do I tell Teton Cleaners about a special request / issue with my garments?

You can use the “Special Care Instructions” form provided in your welcome packet. You may also request more of these forms from your delivery driver or print one from tetoncleanersdelivery.com. If you are unable to locate this form, simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment along with your specific cleaning instructions.

What items may I send to be cleaned using the delivery service?

Any service we provide can be sent in the delivery service. Such as alterations, leathers, blankets, sleeping bags, households, draperies etc. (It’s important to know that some items like leathers, alterations, and comforters may take a little extra time. They will be delivered back to you as soon as possible.) 

How do I change my personal information and / or preferences?

You may call any one of our three stores and the customer service representative will be glad to assist you.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order after I get my clothes back? Contact a Teton Cleaners customer service representative within 14 days by phone at 528-2956. Please leave a detailed message with your name and address.
