Laundry is the one chore that never seems to end. If you’re anything like me, you dread laundry day. The sorting, washing, drying, folding, and putting away can take up an entire day. But what if I told you there are four things you could do instead of laundry? And no, binge-watching Netflix doesn’t count.

  1. Learn a new language. Instead of folding socks, why not learn a new language? With apps like Duolingo and Rosetta Stone, you can easily learn a new language from the comfort of your own home. So, instead of spending your time folding laundry, why not learn what “Je vous aime” means in French?

2. Take up a new hobby. Have you always wanted to learn how to knit or play guitar? Use your laundry time to take up a new hobby. You can watch tutorials on YouTube or sign up for a class online. Who knows, you might discover a hidden talent!

3. Go for a walk. Instead of staring at a pile of dirty clothes, why not take a stroll around the neighborhood? Fresh air and exercise can do wonders for your mood and energy levels. Plus, you’ll burn some calories and get your steps in for the day.

4. Have a movie marathon. Okay, I know I said no Netflix, but hear me out. Instead of doing laundry, why not have a movie marathon? Choose a movie series like Harry Potter or Star Wars and spend the day snuggled up on the couch. Just don’t forget the popcorn!

Last but not least, the easiest way to avoid doing laundry is by using Teton Cleaners’ Wash & Fold Service. For just $1.95 a pound, you can have your laundry washed, dried, folded, and delivered right to your doorstep. That means more time for hobbies, walks, and movie marathons!
