Job Description:
Teton Cleaners is seeking a part-time Dry Clean Presser and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for pressing, finishing, and inspecting various types of clothing and fabrics (No Experience necessary, WILL TRAIN). You will also assist customers in person or over the phone, ensuring they receive prompt, friendly, and courteous service.
Hours will be from 8am – Noon
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain dry cleaning press equipment
- Press and finish various types of clothing and fabrics to a high standard of quality
- Inspect finished garments to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements
- Receive and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist customers in person or over the phone with questions, concerns, and orders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a point of sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dry clean presser preferred, but not required
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
- Comfortable using a point of sale (POS) system
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
