Counter Customer Service
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly customer representative to join our team at Teton Cleaners. As a customer representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, properly tagging clothing, bagging clean clothes for customer pickup, and calling customers for items that need to be picked up. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with drop-off and pickup of clothing items
- Properly tag clothing items with relevant information
- Bag clean clothes for customer pickup
- Call customers for items that need to be picked up
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
