Subscription Plan Terms of Service for McKelmann Investments, LLC, DBA Teton Cleaners

Welcome to Teton Cleaners! By using our wash and fold services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Service Overview: Our wash and fold service encompasses washing, drying, folding, and packaging your laundry. We strive to handle your garments with the utmost care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our standard service does not include specialized treatments like stain removal or handling of delicate items unless specifically requested and may incur additional charges.
Subscription Plans
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you signed up.
- Example: If you signed up on January 13th, then you will be billed on the 13th of every month there after.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made before the billing cycle renews. No prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the billing cycle.
- Totes: Our wash and fold tote(s) are provided as part of your subscription. Additional totes can be purchased for $10 each. Upon cancellation of your subscription, we ask that all provided totes be returned to Teton Cleaners.
- Unused Services: Unused services do not roll over to the proceeding month.
Garment Care and Handling
- We adhere to standard washing and drying procedures suitable for most garments. If your items require specific care instructions, please communicate these via our designated method (e.g., a tag, app, or note) before service.
- Detergent Use: We offer and use “Free and Clear” detergent for customers with sensitive skin. However, we do wash clothes in shared washing machines where other detergents may have been used, and it is possible that small amounts of other detergents, which may not be hypoallergenic, may not be completely rinsed out of these washing machines. If you require the use of “Free and Clear” detergent, this must be communicated to us prior to the pickup of your garments.
- By using our services, you acknowledge that your clothes are suitable for washing in water on a normal cycle and drying with heat in a tumble dryer. We are not liable for damage to items not suited for these processes.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for items we deem hazardous or inappropriate, including but not limited to those heavily soiled with human or animal waste, for the health and safety of our team.
- We do not offer services for items that require hang drying; all garments must be machine-dryable.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear from washing and drying processes are not covered under our responsibility.
- Overly Stuffed Totes: We will wash all clothes provided in our totes, even if they are overly stuffed. However, if garments do not fit back into the tote after being washed and folded, the additional garments will be charged to the customer at a rate of $1.95 per pound.
- Hanging Service: We offer a hanging service for shirts and blouses at an additional rate of $0.25 per piece. This must be communicated to our team prior to the pickup of your garments.
Lost Items
- We do not individually tag or account for each garment unless specifically requested. Thus, we cannot be held responsible for lost items
- Please thoroughly check your laundry before sending it to us to confirm all items are included.
Damaged Items
- If an item is damaged during our service, notify us within 24 hours of receipt for a case-by-case review.
- We do not guarantee against issues like color loss, bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to delicate fabrics or embellishments like buttons, beads, etc.
- Items in Pockets: We attempt to check pockets, but emptying them is the responsibility of the customer. Damage from items left in pockets is not covered.
Pickup and Delivery
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your laundry is ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
- Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of service booking. We are not liable for any loss or theft of items post-delivery.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service or as per your subscription plan terms.
- Payment Declines: In the event the debit/credit card on account is declined at the time of renewal, services will be placed on pause, and the debit/credit card will continue to be tried for payment. It is up to the customer to update the card on file in the app or by calling one of the Teton Cleaners stores.
- Late payments may result in service suspension, and a late fee might be applied.
Liability Limitations
- Our liability for any loss or damage is capped at the cost of the service provided for the item(s) in question.
- Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or donated at our discretion.
Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and we will notify you via email or through our app. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
